Justin Linden has made it his personal mission to fight for the rights of accident victims and their families. He specializes in serious personal injury claims and medical malpractice. He has been practicing personal injury litigation in Ontario for 19 years. His areas of focus include serious motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord trauma, medical malpractice, sexual assault, trip and fall, slip and fall, hospital and nursing home negligence, disability insurance claims and lawyer and paralegal negligence.
Justin specializes in cases involving seriously injured victims and their families, including those who have suffered serious and/or catastrophic orthopedic, neurological and psychological injuries. He acts on behalf of families in wrongful death claims and on behalf of injured persons who have sustained brain injuries, spinal cord trauma and other serious orthopedic injuries. He has extensive experience acting for individuals and companies in respect of property and commercial insurance claims.
Justin represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal. He is an active member of both the law community through interviews and speaking arrangements, and assists various charitable organizations, including the Bereaved Families of Ontario. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Opera Company, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Friends of Simon Wiesenthal.
